180-Day warranty : We will replace any manufacturing defects at no cost within 180 days

Our impact screens are built to last.   We stand by our impact screen quality. 

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.  If a customer discovers any manufacturing defects in 180-Day warranty window, other than arising from normal usage, wear and tear, we will replace the screen at no cost to the customer.  

Damage caused by sharp objects, such as cracked or damaged golf balls, is not covered under this warranty.

Order

All orders are custom-made; therefore, unless we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours of order placement, cancellations will not be accepted. All orders will be manufactured in South Korea, and shipping will originate from there. Once we receive an order, production will begin within 24 hours. Unless special attention or modification is required due to the customer’s request, the order will ship within 3 days. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email. After shipment, we will send you a notification with tracking information.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Refunds will be issued for the total amount, minus the transaction fee charged by the credit card company (about 3%).

Sales tax

Screengolfpro applies and collects sales tax in compliance with state and local regulations. The tax rate generally depends on the product or service purchased and the destination where your order is shipped, delivered, or picked up. When sales tax applies, the estimated amount will be reflected in your order total at checkout. The final sales tax charged will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. In some states, shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax.

Product Availability

At Screengolfpro, we make every effort to ensure that the items displayed on our site are in stock at the time of your order and that your order arrives when expected.  We will send you an email notification with the estimated shipping date for your order.

Damaged Shipments

A product may sustain damage during transit occasionally.  We recommend inspecting your packages for any signs of damage before opening them and noting any issues. Please retain your original packing slip, as it will be needed if you initiate a return.  Please report to shipping company to file a damage report and notify us at admin@screeengolfpro.com. 

Size Deviation

Often finished screens may deviate up to 1/2″.  It is normal and doesn’t affect the installation.  Typical screens will stretch or shrink.  In addition, our 4 inch wide fastener tape is enough to cover the deviation.   

In case, your received screen is significantly different from your measurement such as  difference is more than 1 1/4″, we will replace the screen at no cost to you.  (excluding GDR type or practice range type back screen)  

 

Frequently Asked Questions

All orders will be ready to ship in 3 business days from order confirmation in South Korea.  Depending on your selection of shipping method, transit time will vary.   Typical transit time: 

  1. Regular shipping by post office – 3~6 weeks
  2. Expediated shipping – 5~7 days
  3. Fedex International 3 days
  4. Bulk orders – Ocean shipping and local trucking – 3~6 weeks

Any manufacturing defect, other than small stain, is found,  we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge.  Please contact us at admin@screengolfpro.com

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@screengolfpro.com to arrange the process and obtain a return authorization number. In your email, include your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the defect. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a confirmation email and notify you of the approval or denial of your return. Please allow up to four weeks from the date we receive your item for a final decision regarding the return. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within three days to three weeks, depending on your payment method and/or your bank’s policies.

Once the shipment is made, tracking email will be sent out within 1 day.  If you don’t receive the tracking email, please contact us at contact@screengolfpro.com.

We also accept Zelle. 

All products are made in our own factory in South Korea.  

Screen materials are fabrics mostly made of polyester. Each fabric is composed of various types of threads and construction methods. 

Polyester Twill/Polyester Tricot/3D Spacer fabric – 100% Polyester. 

Cotton-Poly Twill – Polyester 70%/Cotton 30%

All fabrics are made / processed in South Korea locally.  Before the order initiates, we thoroughly inspect the fabric for any manufacturing defects that might affect the durability or render the screen unsuitable for playing game.
