Damage & claim
Please carefully inspect the merchandise upon arrival for any potential damages that may have occurred during transit. If your package arrives damaged, kindly contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, who will arrange to collect and return the package. To facilitate this process, please keep the item in its original box along with all original packaging.
Any manufacturing defect, other than small stain, is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. Please contact us at admin@screengolfpro.com
Returns & refunds
Before making claim for return or refund, please read "before you order" section in the product description
Since all orders are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or refunds unless the item has manufacturing defects. If the screen needs to be returned for any repair for the customer’s request for modification, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Screens come with a 30-day warranty and will be replaced at no cost to you if a manufacturing defect is found. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or accidental damage to the product.
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@screengolfpro.com to arrange the process and obtain a return authorization number. In your email, include your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the defect. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a confirmation email and notify you of the approval or denial of your return. Please allow up to four weeks from the date we receive your item for a final decision regarding the return. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within three days to three weeks, depending on your payment method and/or your bank’s policies.
To be eligible for return or exchange, products must be in unused, undamaged condition and include all original packaging and accessories. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns.
cancellation
To avoid production and potential fees, orders must be canceled within 12 hours. Canceled orders will be refunded, minus a 3% credit card processing fee. “Once the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, orders enter production and, being custom-made items, can no longer be canceled.”
