AdvancePRO Series Impact Screens

Triple-Layer 3D Spacer Fabric — Commercial Grade

AdvancePRO Impact screens - 3D spacer fabric construction

Overview

The AdvancePRO series is a lineup of triple-layer 3D spacer fabric impact screens developed for commercial indoor golf simulator facilities. Each variant is built around the same high-density core construction and is differentiated by surface color and use case.

Core specification (all variants): 2 kg/m² fabric weight — 700 g/m² increase over the previous generation. Rated for 120,000+ strikes on Trackman standard testing with minimal surface degradation.

Performance Characteristics

  • Impact durability: 120,000+ strikes with minimal surface damage under Trackman testing protocol.
  • Ball rebound control: 3D mesh structure absorbs impact and significantly reduces ball kickback.
  • Noise reduction: Layered construction dampens strike noise compared to single-layer alternatives.
  • Dust resistance: Dense weave construction minimizes fiber particulate release over time.

Product Lineup

01 AdvancePRO White Impact Screen White
AdvancePRO White impact screen
  • White UHD-ready front surface for projection
  • Upgraded weight & density for better durability, shock & noise absorption
  • Same 2 kg/m² density and 120,000+ strike rating as all AdvancePRO variants
02 AdvancePRO Gray Impact Screen Gray
AdvancePRO White impact screen
  • Gray surface effectively masks ball impact marks — less visible soiling than white
  • Reduces ambient light reflection in rooms with indirect or overhead lighting
  • Recommended for facilities with significant ambient light sources
03 DualPRO (White / Black) Impact Screen Dual-Surface
AdvancePRO White impact screen
  • White front surface for projection; black rear layer for blackout effect
  • Blackout backing maximizes on-screen image contrast
  • Same 2 kg/m² density and 120,000+ strike rating as all AdvancePRO variants
04 DualPRO (White / Gray) Impact Screen Dual-Surface
AdvancePRO White impact screen
  • Reversible screen: white side for low-light environments, gray side for ambient-light environments
  • Single screen covers both use cases — no separate purchase required
  • Currently the highest-volume AdvancePRO variant in international markets
05 AdvancePRO Black Impact Screen Black
AdvancePRO White impact screen
  • Designed as a rear/behind supoort screen for double screen set(not a primary projection surface)
  • Suitable for approach/sand shot baffle screens, memory foam protection, and gap covers
  • excellent for side-wall curtaining and ball-overshoot containment

Visual Performance Matrix: Choosing Your Impact Screens

Selecting the right screen material depends heavily on your ambient lighting, projector output, and facility layout. To help you choose the perfect fit for your enclosure, here is how our top three materials compare across critical visual metrics:

1. Image Clarity & Sharpness

Image clarity refers to how crisp the pixels appear on the screen without bleeding or getting lost in the fabric texture.

Gray > DualPRO > White

  • AdvancePRO Gray delivers the absolute highest image sharpness because the dark fibers minimize internal light diffusion within the mesh structure.

  • AdvancePRO White offers a standard crisp image but can experience minor pixel diffusion in high-brightness setups.

2. Color Contrast & Brightness

Contrast defines how deep the black levels are, while brightness dictates how vividly colors pop under your projector’s lumens.

DualPRO (White-Black)> White > Gray

  • AdvancePRO DualPRO (White-Black) wins decisively here. By pairing a pure white projection face with an integrated black blackout rear layer, it completely eliminates rear light leakage. This traps the projector’s light on the front face, resulting in rich contrast, deep blacks, and maximum brightness.

  • AdvancePRO Gray provides excellent black levels but naturally absorbs some projector light, making it slightly less bright than its white counterparts.
